バランスを考え食事をとりたい女性にもうれしい、ヘルシーな食材を使った創作メニューがそろっております。三陸産の茎わかめのたぬき和えや、ねぎをどっさり乗せた薬味まみれの冷奴、女性に人気のアボカドを刺身にして、海苔山椒と一緒にお召し上がりいただくメニューを作りました。

意外な組み合わせで楽しめる、創作メニューもご用意しております。北海道産の濃厚なクリームチーズを、ラー油であえたメニューを作りました。さわやかな酸味とラー油のぴりっとした辛さがやみつきになります。

新鮮な魚介類と一緒にアボカドを和えて、ユッケ仕立てにしました。落とした生卵をまぜてお召し上がりいただくと、濃厚なおつまみとして楽しめます。
