おつまみとしてぴったりのお肉のメニュー

九州地方の名産品を使った、おつまみメニューをそろえております。甘みのある脂身と、弾力のある食べ応え抜群の身が特徴の糸島雷山豚のバラ肉を厚切りにして、串焼きにしました。ジューシーなうまみと脂身が感じられるメニューです。

九州の立地を生かして、熊本から新鮮な馬刺しを仕入れてご提供しております。九州の甘口の醤油でお召し上がりいただけます。

鶏肉を使った名物メニューそろえました

九州地方の鶏肉を使った各種名物グルメをご提供しております。大分名物のさっくりあがったとり天は、隠し味に塩麴を使いやわらかく仕上げました。さっぱりおろしポン酢でお召し上がりください。

宮崎名物のチキン南蛮には、オリジナルのタルタルソースを合わせております。博多名物の水炊きは、佐賀県産のありた鶏を使いました。
