葱好きの方におすすめなのが「葱だく鶏皮ポン酢」です。鶏皮が埋もれるほどたっぷりの葱を盛り付けた、日本酒や焼酎に良く合うひと品となっています。
同じく葱をたっぷり使った「薬味まみれの冷奴」や、出来たてアツアツを頬張りたい「男爵じゃがバターチーズのホイル焼き」、女性に人気の「海苔山葵のアボカド刺し」「海鮮ユッケ」も一押しのメニューです。
