For those who love leeks, we recommend the "Negitate Chicken Skin Ponzu". It is a dish that goes well with sake or shochu, with so much leek that it covers the chicken skin.
The "chilled tofu covered with yakumi (condiments)," also made with plenty of leek, the "baron potatoes baked in foil with butter cheese" to be enjoyed freshly made hot, and the "avocado sashimi with nori wasabi" and "seafood yukke" popular among women are also top picks.
