海鮮料理には「白身魚と帆立の衣揚げ　聖護院かぶらソース」、焼物料理には「若鶏の昆布焼き　白菜の柚子胡椒漬けとご一緒に」をご用意。冬らしい味わいが堪能できる逸品に仕上がっています。
