Rakuzo Hakata Chikushiguchi Ekimae offers an authentic seared menu prepared by our craftsmen. Our menu is not only limited to seared meats. We also offer a variety of sashimi and seared fish using fresh fish that we purchase daily.

Sashimi from a la carte to assorted dishes

Sashimi is the most popular menu item using fresh fish. We offer a variety of sashimi, from single items that can be ordered casually to assorted dishes.

We offer today's sashimi using the seasonal fish of the day and seared salmon sashimi with a savory flavor. Sashimi platters of 3 or 5 items are available. Please visit us when you want to enjoy a variety of fresh fish.

A variety of seared seafood is also available

We offer a variety of seared menu items that bring out the savory and umami flavors of the seafood by roasting it over an open flame. Our seared handmade Satsuma-age (deep fried fish cake), grilled hokke (dried hokke), and Uwajima jakoten (fish cake) with yakumi (condiments) are perfect snacks.

Be sure to try our hearty seared seafood dishes, such as sweet and spicy seared surume squid and seared vinegared mackerel.
