Many of you may have decided to finish off a drinking session with ochazuke. Ochazuke is a perfect way to end a party. In addition to the two basic types, ume (plum) and salmon, we also offer a slightly unusual flavor called nori tsukudani and tenkasu.
Choose ume (plum) for a refreshing taste, salmon for a slightly richer flavor, or "nori tsukudani and tenkasu" for a change of pace. The chazuke is served at 539 yen (tax included).
 

Slowly and carefully grilled rice balls

The special soy sauce-based sauce is applied over and over again, taking care not to damage the rice, and the rice is grilled to a golden brown over time. When you put it in your mouth, you will smell the fragrant aroma. Enjoy the texture of the rice as it bakes to a golden brown.
