お食事前にちょっぴりのどを潤す食前酒。食前酒は、食欲を増進させたり、会話の糸口を探したりするのに活用されています。今回は、お食事前に軽く楽しむ食前酒について、おすすめをご紹介します。

和食の前には梅酒をどうぞ

天ぷらのような和食メインのお食事の前に楽しむなら、梅酒がおすすめ。口当たりが軽く、普段お酒を飲み慣れていない方でも、梅の風味は飲みやすいとされています。梅の香りや甘みを存分に楽しんでみてはいかがでしょうか。もう少し甘いお酒が良いという方なら、果実酒もおすすめです。当店では、みかん・りんご・白いちごの果実酒をご用意しています。どれも甘くてジューシーですよ。

日本と海外ではタイプが違う？

日本では、食前酒というとシャンパンやスパークリングワインなどアルコール度数が低いものが好まれる傾向があります。当店のスパークリングワイン「エスパス・オブ・リマリ・ブリュット・スペシャル」も、食前酒としても大変人気です。

しかし、欧米では反対に、食前酒にはシェリー酒のようなアルコール度数が高めのお酒が好まれることがよくあります。今回は、梅酒やスパークリングワインをおすすめとしてご紹介しましたが、食前酒はこれでなければいけないという決まりがあるわけではありません。どうぞ好みのお酒でお食事をお楽しみくださいね！
