Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Hakata Chikushi Exit Store.
An aperitif is a little thirst-quenching drink before a meal. Aperitifs are used to stimulate the appetite and to find a conversation starter. In this issue, we will introduce our recommendations for aperitifs to be enjoyed lightly before a meal.
Umeshu is recommended to enjoy before a main Japanese meal such as tempura. Light on the palate, the ume flavor is said to be easy to drink, even for those who are not accustomed to drinking sake. Why not enjoy the aroma and sweetness of ume to the fullest? If you prefer a sweeter sake, we also recommend fruit wine. We offer mandarin orange, apple, and white strawberry fruit wine. They are all sweet and juicy.
In Japan, aperitifs tend to be low in alcohol content, such as champagne and sparkling wine. Our sparkling wine "Espace of Limari Brut Special" is also very popular as an aperitif.
However, in the West, on the contrary, aperitifs often favor higher alcohol content drinks such as sherry. Although we have recommended plum wine and sparkling wine for aperitifs, there is no rule that says they must be used for aperitifs. Please enjoy your meal with the sake of your choice!
Rakuzo is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. We hope you will enjoy our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers.
We also have creative dishes that we are proud of. Unlike ordinary izakaya, we focus on dishes other than snacks, so even those who do not drink alcohol can enjoy our food.
We look forward to serving you all.
Please call us or check our website to confirm our business days before visiting us.
