マグロのカマ焼きなどで知られる「カマ」とはマグロで言うならば大トロに隣接している部位のことです。そのため大トロに似て、脂が霜降りのようにたっぷりとのっているのが特徴となります。当店では「本日のカマ焼き」として、その日仕入れたばかりの新鮮なお魚のカマ焼きをご提供しております。759円（税込）でのご提供です。たっぷりとお魚の脂の旨味をお楽しみください。

ほどよい弾力がたまらない　するめ烏賊の甘辛炙り

お祭りの屋台を思い出すような甘辛のタレをたっぷりとからめて焼き上げました。鮮度のよいイカだからこそ、柔らかくもほどよい弾力が楽しめる一品となっております。お好みでマヨネーズをつけて召し上がってください。759円（税込）でご提供しております。
