The menu item pictured is "Deep-fried Beef Hormone with Yangnyeom Sauce. This dish is made by deep frying striped beef hormone, which is characterized by its moderate fat content and unique texture, and mixing it with a special sweet and spicy sauce. The spicy flavor goes well with beer and sours!
