The "Taste of the Season (Nabe) Course" offered at our restaurant is a course in which you can enjoy a thick miso butter nabe with specially selected pork as the main dish. Udon noodles (can be changed to zosui (rice porridge) when making a reservation) are also included as a finishing dish, so you can enjoy the umami of pork and the taste of rich miso butter until the end of the course.
