2024年の幕が開けましたが、新年の華やかな雰囲気にぴったりなお肉メニューが「黒毛和牛赤身肉のステーキ」です。良質な黒毛和牛のもも肉をシンプルにステーキとして焼き上げました。シンプルな調理法だからこそ、素材の良さがダイレクトに伝わります。

お肉に合わせるソースとして、2つの味をお持ちいたします。甘みの強い自家製の玉葱と林檎のソース、さっぱりとしたわさびおろし、どちらも甲乙つけがたいおいしさ。お好みや気分に合わせてぜひどうぞ。
