旨味あふれる柔らか赤身肉　牛ミスジのステーキ

牛ミスジは1頭の牛から3kgほどしかとれない希少部位です。肩甲骨付近のお肉で、あまり動かすことがない部位のため、独特の食感・柔らかさが楽しめるのが特徴です。

噛むほどに旨みがあふれる赤身肉ならではの濃厚な味わいのステーキを、特製のおろし玉ねぎとりんごのソースをたっぷりとからめて召し上がってください。1,529円（税込）でご提供しております。赤身肉は硬いイメージがある方にこそ召し上がっていただきたい一品です。
