サク旨の揚げ物料理をどうぞ

わかさぎの唐揚げ／539円（税込）

はじめにご紹介するのは、「わかさぎの唐揚げ」です。サクッと仕上がった唐揚げをほおばれば、柔らかく繊細な食感と、わかざぎの特徴的なほろ苦い味わいをご堪能いただけます。玉ねぎの甘酢漬けとご一緒にお召し上がりください。お酒が進むおすすめのメニューです。

このほか、揚げ物メニュー「やみつきごぼう天ぷら　唐辛子塩／539円（税込）」もご用意しています。

〆は棒寿司を召し上がれ

えんがわ棒寿司／649円（税込）

続いてご紹介するのは、〆におすすめの「えんがわ棒寿司」です。脂がよく乗ったえんがわを半分は生、もう半分は炙りでお出ししています。それぞれの異なる味わいを食べ比べながら、お楽しみください。
