続いてご紹介するのは、海鮮の炙り料理です。上記は一部になりますが、ぷりっとした海老に肉を巻いた「海老の肉巻き串」と、脂のりのいいハラス楽しめる「鰹ハラス一夜干しの竹炭焼き」です。どちらも炙りならではの香ばしい香りに食欲が刺激される方は少なくないはず。ぜひご賞味ください。
