Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Hakata Chikushi Exit Store.

August has found itself in the latter half of the month, how is everyone doing? The days are still hot, but please be careful not to get sick from the heat. If you want to enjoy a meal without the heat, please come to Rakura.

Today, we would like to introduce our "Seasonal Recommendations" menu, where you can enjoy the flavors of the season.

 

Seasonal flavors that can be easily enjoyed

Sashimi of Mizunasu eggplant / 759 yen (tax included)

If you want to enjoy a refreshing dish while drinking sake, "mizu nasu no sashimi" is recommended. It is a fresh mizu-aubergine sashimi that has been quickly marinated in white soup stock. The aroma of the dashi broth that spreads softly will make your sake go further.
