続いてご紹介するのは、香ばしい香りに食欲が刺激される海鮮の炙り料理です。上記は、黒い見た目がインパクトのある「鰹ハラス一夜干しの竹炭焼き」と、特徴のある食感がくせになる「イカの甘辛炙り」になります。日本酒や焼酎、ビールなど、さまざまなお酒のお供におすすめです。
