The "Seasonal Creation Course" is recommended for first-time visitors to our restaurant, featuring an appetizer menu with an abundance of summer ingredients and a double main course of meat and fish. The main "Deep-fried red fish in batter with yuzu soy sauceand "Oven-Baked Young Chicken with Curry Mustard Sauce" are both refreshingly flavored and go well with drinks.
We also offer a variety of other menu items using seasonal ingredients, so please enjoy your meal from start to finish.
Have you had a chance to try "kainomi," a rare part of beef? In the "Meat Enjoyment Course," you can eat a lot of our famous kainomi with the main dish, "Beef Kainomi Steak," and it also comes with a summer appetizer menu! We recommend it to those who like meat and also want to try summer ingredients!
