Our restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes made with meat, fish, and a variety of other ingredients. Our meat menu, which is popular as a main dish, is always generous in volume. Please be sure to place your order.
Our signature menu item is a special meat platter that offers beef, pork, and chicken on a single plate. We offer an assortment of three meats: medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken. The fatty beef and pork are juicy as you bite into them. The young chicken is grilled with crispy skin and fluffy inside.
We will bring three different sauces to accompany the dish, so please try each meat and see which sauce goes best with which meat.
When it comes to snacks that go well with beer, sausages are one of the most indispensable. Enjoy the crispy texture of the skin and the flavor of the meat that overflows from the inside. The sausage is slightly herbed. Please enjoy it with mustard if you like.
Compared to young chickens, which are characterized by their tenderness and juiciness, the meat of the parent bird is tighter and has less fat. Therefore, the more you chew, the more you will be able to taste the flavor of the meat. Enjoy your sake while chewing slowly.
