Rakuzo Hiratsuka is proud to offer a wide variety of dishes centered on authentic seared dishes, including some that are only available at our Hiratsuka restaurant. Whether you have experience at other Rakuzo restaurants or would like to try something unique to Shonan or something different, we are sure that you will be satisfied with our limited menu.
 

Enjoy a hearty char-grilled dish using Hyuga Jidori chicken.


Authentic seared dishes grilled by our artisans are also a specialty of Rakura. Only at Hiratsuka branch, we offer char-grilled Hyuga Jidori chicken, a brand-name chicken produced in Miyazaki. We offer both large and small portions of juicy, hearty, and satisfying Hyuga Jidori chicken, which is grilled over our special charcoal fire. You can choose the size according to the number of people in your party and how much you want to eat.
