Now, we would like to introduce our seasonal menu, which is only available this winter.

Yose small hot pot of thick white soup 979 yen (tax included)
The rich and thick taste of shiranyu is popular among customers of all ages because of its rich yet light finish.
The soup enhances the taste of the vegetables and is nutritious because you can eat a lot of vegetables.

Seared duck in a seri pot 1,419 yen (tax included)
The broth, which is infused with the flavor of seared duck, is a perfect match for the seri, which can be tasted all the way down to the roots.
You will enjoy the texture and aroma of the many serries.

Have you ever heard of a dish called "Ryukyu"? It is a local dish of Oita, where fish fillets are marinated in soy sauce sauce. We have prepared yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame soy sauce. It is an excellent dish that goes very well with rice.
