Skewers made from various parts

Our popular one-hand chicken skewers are available in a variety of parts. We have skewers of momo, negima, kawa, liver, Oyama chicken meat, and tsukune skewers with cartilage.

 

If you want to eat a variety of parts, we recommend the assortment of skewers. Please use it when you want to share at the table.

 

We have prepared a hearty seared menu!

We offer a variety of seared dishes prepared by our artisans. The menu includes: Oyama chicken tenderloin with a rare part, grilled on a large skewer with wasabi (Japanese horseradish); coarsely ground basil sausage with an irresistible fresh herb aroma; seared pork shoulder with ponzu sauce and grated onion and apple sauce; and a rare beef steak, Misuzi, with grated onion and apple sauce. We have also prepared a special beef steak using rare cuts of beef with grated onion and apple sauce.

 

We also offer Rakuzo's meat platter, which includes a large skewer of beef medium fall ribs, a large skewer of pork shoulder loin, and a large skewer of chicken tenderloin, all at one time.

 

Rakuzo Utage is a Japanese dining restaurant that offers private rooms of various sizes, and is lavishly stocked with seafood from the mountains and the sea.

Our restaurant offers a wide range of private rooms for small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and groups.
