ジューシーな魚介の炙りも豊富にご用意

火入れをすることでボリュームやジューシーさが増す、各種魚介の炙りメニューもそろえました。

ワンハンドで食べられる海老の肉巻き串や、素材のうまみをそのまま引き出したエイヒレの炙り焼きや鰹ハラス一夜干しの竹炭焼き、イカの甘辛炙り、炙り〆鯖のほか、その日の仕入れによって内容が変わる、本日のカマ焼きもございます。

職人の手によって絶妙の火入れがされる魚介の炙りは、いろいろなお酒とも相性抜群です。
