Shiitake mushrooms are available throughout the year, but their aroma and taste are said to be especially different during the fall season. In order to let you savor their deliciousness, we at Rakuraku Hiratsuka have prepared them in a quick tempura dish. The garland chrysanthemum is mixed into the batter to add color and freshness, and it is very popular. You will discover a different taste of shiitake mushrooms.

I know the season is good, but I still prefer to eat meat rather than fish, vegetables, or mushrooms! If you are one of those people, I have a great autumn meat menu for you. It is the "Chicken Katsu with Young Chicken and Spicy Pickled Eggplant Sauce. The chicken cutlet itself is not in season, but the sauce contains seasonal small eggplants.
Each chicken cutlet is carefully breaded and deep-fried to be soft and fluffy and crispy. The tartar sauce made with hot pickled eggplant is popular for its unusual taste.
