Fresh sashimi is always appealing, but for those who still prefer meat, there are two menus we recommend. One is a menu that cannot be found anywhere else, exclusive to Rakuzo Hiratsuka, and the other is a menu with special and unusual sauces.
Hyuga Chicken is a Miyazaki brand chicken with a reputation for safety, security, and taste. They are raised in Miyazaki Prefecture's Koyu-gun and Hyuga areas, where they are kept for a rest period of at least 20 days before shipment. The feed is also carefully selected, blended with seaweed rich in minerals and iodine, and vitamin E. This is a popular jidori chicken that has attracted attention for its beauty benefits as it contains vitamins and iodine that promote metabolism and keep the skin and hair beautiful.
The seared "Hyuga Chicken," a menu item available only at Rakuzo Hiratsuka, allows you to remove excess fat and taste the flavor of the meat itself.
It is also known as "Kaiyomi Sauce" or "Kaiyomi Sauce," and although the characters may sound suspicious, it is an all-purpose mixed seasoning that has been popular and used in China's Sichuan Province for many years. It is made from garlic, sugar, ginger, soy sauce, bean-paste, vinegar, hot sauce, and many other ingredients. At this point, it is easy to see why it is named "Kai" (怪).
