This is also the time of year when many welcome and farewell parties are held, and the number of opportunities to have alcoholic beverages increases. It would be great if there was a menu item that would finish the meal off with a bang. This time, we would like to introduce just such a dish.
Shirasu and Fresh Fish Oshizushi" is an original menu item available only at the Hiratsuka branch. The combination of the crunchy texture of the salmon roe, the subtle saltiness of the shirasu, and the sweetness of the fresh fish creates a triumvirate that dances on your tongue. It is a dish that offers a different taste from regular sushi and can be enjoyed in small portions even if you are a little full. After a generous serving of sake, the soft acidity of the rice is irresistible.
For those who prefer a heartier meal, we also offer a variety of meat dishes. The "Korokoro Beef Garlic Rice" is a delightful dish with the aroma of garlic rising up in the air. The beef is cut into just the right size to directly convey the flavor of the meat. The texture of the leafy greens scattered around the rice is also a nice touch. Even though you are full, you can't help but want to shovel it down.
