Introducing the charcoal-grilled Hyuga chicken, available only at the Hiratsuka restaurant!

Unmatched in quality, our Hyuga Chicken is grilled over a slow charcoal fire.
This brand-name chicken from Miyagi Prefecture has healthy meat with low fat, low calories, and low cholesterol, unlike other chickens.
Ideal as a snack, it is crispy on the surface and juicy and moist on the inside.
 
 

A wide variety of standard domestic chicken yakitori is available!

Yakitori is grilled slowly over a charcoal fire, so that excess fat is removed and only the flavor is concentrated. This is a standard item for drinking parties and is available in assorted and individual portions.
There are eight types: chicken thighs, negima, chicken skin, liver, gizzards, hearts, and bonjiri.
There are also special kushiyaki skewers that we have arranged.
We have a variety of items such as Japanese chicken tsukune skewers with cartilage bones that leave a crispy texture, Minamishima shiitake mushroom skewers made with thick shiitake mushrooms from Nagasaki Prefecture, seared pork roll skewers with leeks that give an exquisite sweetness, and mochi bacon cheese skewers that are soft and have an exquisite texture.
