Seasonal Recommendations! Introducing our limited summer menu | Rakura Hiratsuka

this storeIn addition to our seasonal banquet courses, we also offer a "Summer Limited Menu" as a stand-alone menu. From menus using seasonal ingredients to menus with summery flavors, the "Summer Limited Menu" offers a wide variety of summer tastes.
 

Seasonal ingredients are served in a refreshing ponzu sauce!

The meat is so tender that you can almost see through it to the other side, proving its freshness. The water octopus is served with a refreshing ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice).Thinly sliced North Sea Water Octopusis one of our signature "limited summer menu items. Although it is thinly sliced, it has a firm texture, and the more you chew, the more flavorful the octopus will be.
 

Curry flavor goes well in summer!

Teriyaki chicken wings are one of the most popular menu items at Japanese-style pubs, but we have added this dish to our "limited summer menu" by cooking Japanese chicken wings in curry-flavored teriyaki sauce. The savory curry flavor and the sweet and spicy teriyaki taste are a perfect match, making this dish very appetizing. It also goes well with alcohol, making it a great snack.
We also have many other "limited summer menu items" that we are proud of. In addition to meals, we also offer desserts, which we hope you will enjoy as a perfect ending to your meal.
