Snacks to be enjoyed with alcoholic beverages | Rakurakuzo Hiratsuka

<![CDATA[こんにちは、楽蔵平塚店PR担当です。
Many people find snacks indispensable when drinking alcoholic beverages. Depending on the taste of the alcohol they drink, what they ask for may vary from those that do not interfere with the alcohol to those that enhance the flavor of the alcohol with a little quirkiness.
This time, we would like to introduce you to some snacks that we offer at our restaurant and that are great as a snack with drinks. Please feel free to order any of them as you like.

Cream cheese and raayu combined.

One of the most popular menu items is this "Hokkaido Cream Cheese with Rayu". Rayu and cream cheese is an unheard of combination, but it goes surprisingly well together. The cheese and raayu combine nicely to make the drink go down a treat.

Dashi is the deciding factor. Excellent dashimaki tamago (rolled egg).

This is "Dashi-scented dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). Dashimaki Tamago is a dish that can be found at most izakaya (Japanese style pubs), but it is precisely this kind of dish where the craftsmanship of the chef shines through. Our chefs carefully prepare the dashi from scratch to create an elegant flavor that goes well with sake. If you eat it as it is, you can feel our craftsmen's attention to detail, and if you pair it with sake, it will gently enhance the flavor of the sake you are drinking.

Rakuzo is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We also have original dishes that we are proud of. We hope you will enjoy our specialties.
We look forward to serving you all.
