Our restaurant offers dishes made with seasonal delicacies for a limited time only, each season in its own right. Please be sure to order our fall-inspired snacks and desserts when you visit our restaurant.
This is a snack menu item made by wrapping a generous amount of mushrooms and hanpen, which are representative of autumn flavors, in foil and baking them so that their aroma does not escape. When you open the foil, you can enjoy the aroma of the mushrooms. The buttery soy sauce sauce makes it a savory dish that goes great with alcoholic beverages. Please try it and enjoy it for 690 yen (excluding tax).
Ingredients used in sukiyaki, such as beef, onion, and garland chrysanthemum, are wrapped in fried bean curd to create a crispy and savory snack. As with sukiyaki, it should be dipped in a thick egg before serving. The savory fried bean curd and rich egg go well together. 690 yen (excluding tax).
Fresh chub mackerel caught off the coast of Nagasaki, which comes into season in the fall, is served as a hearty sashimi with its freshness. The fatty mackerel is best enjoyed with sake or shochu. 1,090 yen (excluding tax).
