Aroma spreads softly. Dashi aroma of dashimaki tamago (rolled egg).

Dashimaki Tamago, carefully baked to order, is a popular snack at our restaurant. The simple method of rolling and baking the egg with dashi broth makes it a dish where the chef's skill shines through. When you put your chopsticks into the egg, the dashi will overflow.
 

Chilled tofu covered with condiments that make drinks go down a treat!

Chilled tofu is a staple of the snack menu. Topped with a generous amount of green onions and other condiments, chilled tofu is perfect when you are in the mood for something refreshing. It is a speedy menu item, so please order it with a toast drink. It is also recommended as a chopstick rest before or after fried food.
 

Freshly fried and brought to you! Deep fried hokuhoku yam

Crunchy yams are deep-fried to create a crunchy snack. Deep-fried to order, the freshly made karaage is served with a generous dollop of tartar sauce. A squeeze of lemon is also recommended.
