The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare recommends eating at least 350g of vegetables a day for a healthy body. Please take advantage of our delicious vegetable dishes to build a healthy body. Here are some of our recommended vegetable menus.
 

How about celery, which is in season?


Since celery is available in supermarkets all year round, many people may not be aware of its season. In fact, celery's season is winter. This is when it is at its most delicious. Although its distinctive aroma tends to divide people into two groups, celery is one type of vegetable that should be consumed in moderation because of its rich nutritional content.
