Hiratsuka near the sea recommended pressed sushi with shirasu and fresh fish


Shirasu is a specialty of the Shonan area. This "pressed sushi with shirasu and fresh fish" is our limited menu item. It is recommended as a dish to finish off your meal. The fish used depends on the day's procurement, so please ask before ordering if you are interested.
We also offer a wide variety of other Hiratsuka restaurant exclusive menu items such as Shonan-style scallop pancakes and an assortment of three types of grilled skewers. We hope you will enjoy them.
 

The fluffy omelette, carefully prepared, is a must!


The "soft and fluffy omelette," which is so soft and fluffy that it is hard to produce such a fluffy omelette, is also a popular menu item at our restaurant. It is served with grated daikon (grated radish) to give it a slightly Japanese flavor, making it a perfect snack with beer or sake.
