You can taste three different parts of the meat: medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken. It is hearty and tasty, and you can add sauce according to your preference for a different flavor. It is also a perfect snack for alcoholic beverages.

Oyama chicken thighs, negima, gizzards, chicken skin, and liver are available with a choice of salt or sauce. Each piece is carefully and slowly grilled so you can smell the aroma and taste the flavor in your mouth. Daisen Dori is carefully raised at the foot of Mt. Daisen, making it nutritious and juicy.
