Today, we would like to introduce our signature menu item, a variety of seared meats. It is easy to pair with a variety of alcoholic beverages, so please try it as a luxurious main dish or a hearty snack.

Our seared dishes are grilled by our artisans. Our seared dishes are a grade above the rest and can be enjoyed as a snack as well. Our seared dishes include spicy chorizo that goes perfectly with beer, herb sausage, and a blackened mix of Oyama chicken and oyadori (chicken).

We also have an authentic seared menu where you can feel the umami of the meat. We offer seared beef tongue, which is popular as a snack, and tender beef steak, which is a rare and tender part of beef.
 
We have also prepared a meat platter that allows you to enjoy various parts of the meat at once. Three types of seared meat are served on a single plate: medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken. This is a great dish to share with your friends.
