Rakuzo Hiratsuka is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic seared food prepared by artisans. We offer not only meat but also fish seared at our restaurant. In addition, we offer a variety of menu items using fresh seafood from fishing ports all over Japan.
 
Today, we would like to introduce our signature seafood menu. Please be sure to order it when you want to enjoy it with our meat menu or when you want to pair it with shochu or sake.
 

Juicy seafood seared to perfection!

We offer a menu of seared seafood dishes that can be enjoyed for their savory and juicy flavors when cooked over a fire. We have a variety of seared dishes that go perfectly with sake, such as dried hokke, ray fin, seared vinegared mackerel, and seared squid with sweet and spicy sauce.
 
We also offer seared handmade satsuma-age to enjoy as a snack, saikyo-yaki grilled red fish, and today's kama-yaki, a simple and delicious seasonal fish.
 

Sashimi made from fresh seasonal fish is also available.

Because we purchase fresh fish every day, we also offer a variety of sashimi using the freshest fish available. In addition to today's sashimi, which changes depending on the day's purchases, we also offer a 3-course and 5-course set menu.
