The spicy "Taiwanese motsu nabe" is made from carefully prepared "motsu" as in the "white motsu nabe"! The minced meat seasoned with spicy miso is intertwined with the soup and brings out the best flavor.
We have also prepared additional beef entrails and vegetables for everyone to enjoy! Also, please enjoy every last bite of the rice, ramen noodles, udon noodles, and eggs that are indispensable for the end of a hot pot meal.
