Our restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes using meat and fish. Among the many dishes on the menu, the seared seafood menu is often ordered by sake and shochu drinkers.
Our signature dish, which is carefully and aromatically grilled to order, is sure to be a great accompaniment to your drinks.
This dish has a sweet and spicy aroma that reminds one of a festival stall, and is made by baking surume-ika squid with plenty of special sauce. Because the squid is fresh, you can enjoy its tenderness and good chewiness. Served with mayonnaise if desired. 759 yen (tax included).
Kama," as it is known in grilled tuna, refers to the part of the tuna adjacent to the fatty part of the tuna. Therefore, it is characterized by its fatty texture like that of Ootoro. We offer "Kama-yaki of the Day," a daily special using freshly procured seafood, for 715 yen (tax included). Please enjoy the rich, fatty flavor of the fish.
In addition to the items introduced here, we also offer a variety of other seared seafood dishes, such as "Aburi-shibari saba (mackerel) 935 yen (tax included)," in which the skin is grilled to a savory perfection.
