Welcome to the year 2022. We look forward to working with you again this year.
In addition to our grand menu, which can be ordered year-round, we also have a menu that is available only during limited periods. These tastes are only available during this season, so be sure to order them so you don't forget to try them. This time, we would like to introduce some of the delicious menu items that are only available during this season.
 

Popular menu originated in Miyazaki

One dish that originated in Miyazaki Prefecture and is popular nationwide is chicken nanban. Many people probably like it. The "Chicken Nanban with Plenty of Egg Tartar Sauce" features a homemade tartar sauce made with plenty of boiled eggs cut into large pieces.
The crispy fried chicken is tossed in a sweet-and-sour vinegar sauce made from a combination of bonito and kelp dashi (katsuo and konbu broth). The acidity of the sweet vinegar and the sweet tartar sauce are a perfect match, and the chicken can be eaten in abundance. The generous portion and casual price of 869 yen per plate (tax included) are also recommended.

Chicken is not the only special menu item available for a limited time. The "Black Wagyu Beef Lean Steak" is a gorgeous New Year's dish. The carefully selected black Wagyu beef is a delicious meat that spreads its flavor as you bite into it. Please enjoy it with two different sauces, salt and lemon or soy sauce based, with garlic chips for comparison.
