Daisen-dori is the pride of Tottori Prefecture. Raised in the great nature of Mt. Daisen, the chicken is characterized by its rich umami flavor and tenderness.

We offer a variety of grilled skewers using Daisen chicken. We offer a wide variety of skewers, from standard cuts such as momo, kawa, negi-ma, and tsukune to hatsu, bonjiri, seseri, gizzard, garlic-ma, and many more.
