Shochu and Sake" menu is available to add color to your evening! | RAKUZO Private Dining Room Hiratsuka

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the private dining room Rakuzo Hiratsuka.

The season of autumn is in full swing. Please come to our restaurant during this season when the evenings are more enjoyable! We have a wide variety of "Japanese Sake" that will add color to your long autumn nights.

You can enjoy the taste of sake by drinking it slowly, or you can enjoy matching it with your meal. Today, we would like to introduce some of our carefully selected "Sake" and "Shochu" menu, which can be enjoyed in various ways!

Not only sweet potato, barley and rice, but also brown sugar and awamori! Shochu menu!

We will start with the shochu menu.

We have an extensive lineup of sweet potato, barley, and rice. In addition, we have brown sugar and awamori, which are popular among connoisseurs.

We offer the standard sweet potato shochu with a rich aroma, "Kurokirishima" and "Ikkokuja". We also recommend "Tomino Hozan," which is made using a low-temperature control method and has a deep flavor.

We also have authentic barley shochu "Ichibanfuda", refreshing rice shochu "Hakudake Shiro", dark brown sugar shochu "Rento", and "Zanba Black", nicknamed "Zankuro".

We have a selection of carefully selected excellent sake! Sake Menu

Next, we introduce the sake menu. The sake menu includes the following items

Ichinozo Honjozo Dry
Yoshinogawa Gokujo Tokubetsu Junmai
Hiyashibori Daiginjo (served in a wine glass)
Hakkaisan Honjozo
Saku Junmai Daiginjo Asahi (served in a wine glass)

Among them, we recommend the "Saku Junmai Daiginjo Asahi". This sake is made from "Asahi" rice produced in Okayama Prefecture and brewed with water from the underground streams of the Suzuka Mountains. It has an elegant and refined taste and is easy to match with any dishes. Please order it now!

This was an introduction of our shochu and sake menu. To pair with them, we recommend our sashimi and seared dishes. We hope you enjoy the various combinations!
