Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the private dining room Rakuzo Hiratsuka.
We change the dishes of our banquet courses each season so that our customers can enjoy seasonal ingredients according to the season.

Warm nabe is the best food in this season when the weather has turned cold. Please enjoy a party with hot pot as the main dish with the "Ajiwai (hot pot) Course" for a year-end party or New Year's party.

 

Mainly Yose-nabe with plenty of chicken

In the "Ajiwai (nabe) Course," we offer a yose-nabe (hot pot) filled with fatty chicken thigh meat and tsukune (chicken meatballs) as the main dish. We hope you will enjoy our signature dish, in which the chicken has been thoroughly soaked in the soup stock. You can choose from udon noodles or zosui (rice porridge) for the finish.

In addition to the main course of hot pot, the course includes many seafood dishes such as sashimi and appetizers. This course is recommended for anyone who enjoys a good balance of meat and fish.
