The menu item in the photo is "Seared Surume Cuttlefish with Sweet and Spicy Sauce. Thick squid is seasoned with a sweet and spicy sauce and roasted to a savory flavor. It goes well with a variety of drinks, including sake, shochu, beer, and sours.
