Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the private dining room Rakuzo Hiratsuka.
Each restaurant has its own "signature menu. In this issue, we would like to introduce some of our regular popular menu items and our signature menu items that have many repeat customers. Please refer to them when you are not sure what to order.

Daisen Dori are chickens carefully raised at the foot of Mt. They are raised in a good environment and with clean water, and have a reputation for the quality of their meat. They have no peculiarities or odor, and are popular even among those who do not usually eat chicken.

Oyama chicken yakitori is one of our signature dishes. Many customers order it every time they visit our restaurant. We have many kinds of skewers, including negima skewers, liver skewers, and hearts skewers, but we especially recommend the "Oyama-dori chicken tenderloin skewer with salt and wasabi". The juicy fat is very delicious.

Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg) is a must-try!

The "Dashi-scented Dashi-maki Tamago" is an exquisite dish using dashi (Japanese soup stock) that the chef has spent a great deal of time and effort to prepare. When you put your chopsticks into the fluffy egg, a lot of soup stock overflows from the inside.
