Please enjoy our carefully selected menu starting with appetizers, followed by salad, sashimi, and a sweet ending.

The main dish is "Seared Young Chicken with Sweet Vinegar Teriyaki Sauce". This is a gem of a dish made from young chicken of solid quality, cooked using our searing technique. The appetizing flavor of the sauce is also irresistible.
