Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Hiroshima Chuo Dori Store.
How is everyone doing now that the autumn chill has settled into our bodies?
The restaurant offers a selection of highballs, shochu, beer, sours, cocktails, fruit wine, sake, wine, and whiskey.
In this issue, we will introduce one of the more than 10 types of shochu.
Rento is a shochu made from brown sugar and rice malt.
What a surprise, it was made by aging it with classical music.
It has a slight sweetness, but is light on the palate. Even women who do not like shochu may find it easy to drink.
It has no strong flavor, so it goes well with any dish.
You can drink it on the rocks, with water, or with hot water, and find the way that suits you best.
We serve RENTO by the glass for 530 yen (excluding tax). We can also fill bottles (3,500 yen/excluding tax).
We offer fresh sashimi, fish dishes, meat dishes, classic dishes, fried dishes, skewers, desserts, and more.
There are also recommended fall menus and desserts that can only be enjoyed at this time of year, using seasonal autumn ingredients.
Please enjoy it with "rento", which goes well with any genre of cuisine.
We look forward to welcoming you again this week.
