Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Hiroshima Chuo Dori Store.

当店ではお肉やお魚、野菜などお客様にご提供するお料理に使う食材は、徹底した鮮度管理を行っております。中でも鮮度が命の海鮮は、仕入れたばかりに新鮮なものをお客様に味わっていただけるように工夫を凝らしております。

どのお酒とも相性がよい、魚介のお料理をぜひお酒のお供にご注文ください。

まずは盛り合わせをどうぞ

たくさんのお魚を味わうには、盛り合わせがおすすめです。旬のお魚を使った鮮度の良さをご堪能ください。盛り合わせは五品盛りと三品盛りに加えて、小ボリュームな本日のお造りもご用意しております。

しっかり脂がのってます　本日のカマ焼き

カマとは、まぐろで言うところの大トロに隣接する部分で、とても脂ののりがよいことが特徴の部位です。当店では、豪快に焼き上げたカマ焼きを日替わりでご提供しております。日本酒や焼酎が欲しくなりますよ。

定番のおつまみ　ホッケの一夜干し

おつまみの定番であるホッケは当店でも人気の一品です。しっかりと脂がのったホクホクの身をご堪能ください。お好みでレモンを搾ってさっぱりと食べるのもおすすめです。
