Introducing dishes that go well with Japanese sake.

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Hiroshima Chuo-dori.

To those of you who work near Hatchobori Station, if you are looking for a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious drinks and food after work, please visit Rakuzo Hiroshima Chuo-dori. Our restaurant offers mainly Japanese cuisine with seafood and mountain vegetables. We have many dishes that go well with alcoholic beverages. Please stop by our restaurant on your way home from work or when you feel like relaxing.

The more you chew, the more flavorful it becomes.

Seared ray fins / 630 yen (tax not included)

Stingray fins are one of the most popular menu items at izakaya (Japanese style pubs), and many sake drinkers find them indispensable. The more you chew, the more flavorful the ray fin becomes, making it a perfect match for sake! We also have "Seared Stingray Fin" which can be enjoyed with sake. Please enjoy it with your favorite sake.

Sashimi & Sake is also a great combination!

Today's sashimi / 790 yen (excluding tax)

Seared vinegared mackerel / 890 yen (excluding tax)

Three types of sashimi are available: "Today's Sashimi," "Special Sashimi Three-Piece Platter," and "Special Sashimi Five-Piece Platter. And while sashimi is great, we also recommend the "seared vinegared mackerel" with its addictive savory aroma.

Please enjoy ray fins and sashimi while sipping sake. We are also proud to offer many other creative Japanese dishes, so if you like, please visit our official website "Ippin Ryori".

Rakuzo is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment and dinners, to medium-sized banquets and large groups.

We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We are also proud of our original dishes. We also focus on dishes other than snacks, so even those who do not drink alcohol can enjoy them.

We look forward to serving you all.
