This is the "Aburi Kaiseki Course" which offers a total of 10 dishes from appetizers to after-dinner dessert. Starting with an assortment of seasonal appetizers, the course includes the above items. Sashimi sashimi, kinmedai (sea bream), zuwaigani-gani (snow crab), black beef, and other gorgeous ingredients appear one after another! For the meal, you can enjoy tai-meshi (rice topped with sea bream).
