The Best Choice for Your Next Party! Discover the Essence of Our Signature Dishes in a Private Room

Hello. I’m the PR representative for Rakuzo—all-private-room restaurant—Hiroshima Chuo-dori Branch.

With the sky clear and crisp, the first signs of early autumn are beginning to appear. During this transitional time of year, when event planners often struggle with choosing a venue for banquets, we’ll share tips on signature dishes and ways to make the most of the space to ensure everyone is satisfied.

Classic Dishes That Make for a Perfect Banquet

Ultimately, what makes or breaks a banquet is the presence of classic dishes that everyone can agree on. At our restaurant, we build our menu around our signature dishes—which have been beloved by our guests for many years. Rather than seeking to be unconventional, we’ve achieved a level of reliability that never disappoints at any gathering by consistently focusing on cooking methods that bring out the natural flavors of our ingredients to the fullest. For example, dishes that concentrate the rich umami of chicken or those that carefully highlight seasonal ingredients offer a sense of comfort and surprise with every bite. Precisely because these are classics, each dish—where the chef’s skill truly shines—is sure to spark lively conversation among your guests. Trust in the power of our classic menu and enjoy sharing this dining experience to your heart’s content.

Solutions Offered by Choosing a Private Room

For those who want to spend time together without being bothered by the hustle and bustle around them, our all-private-room setting is the perfect solution. Our restaurant features private rooms with sunken kotatsu seating that can accommodate groups ranging from two to 40 guests, ensuring a private space for gatherings of any size. A major advantage of the sunken kotatsu seating is that it prevents leg fatigue even during long stays, allowing guests to relax and focus on conversation. From important business dinners to casual get-togethers with close friends, the space itself serves as an integral part of our hospitality. By shielding guests from prying eyes, we create an environment where participants naturally feel closer to one another, fostering deeper communication.

Course Design That Balances Budget and Satisfaction

For event planners, balancing budget management with guest satisfaction regarding the food is always a challenge. At our restaurant, we offer a variety of set menus consisting of 7 to 9 courses, and we’ve established a system that allows you to host your banquet with transparent pricing. For example, you can flexibly choose from the casual “Tasting Course” to the luxurious “Carefully Selected Course” or the “Japanese-Western Fusion Course,” depending on your purpose. Additionally, our hot pot courses—such as the “White Offal Hot Pot Course” and “Taiwanese Offal Hot Pot Course”—foster a sense of togetherness that is perfect for building camaraderie. All set menus include a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option, designed so you can enjoy your gathering without worrying about additional charges. With our set menus—which strike the perfect balance between quality and price—we’ll ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
