Introducing a special Hiroshima-only menu | Rakuzo Hiroshima Chuo-dori

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Hiroshima Chuo Dori Store.

Rakuzo is a nationwide restaurant chain, but at our Hiroshima Chuo-dori branch, we have prepared a special menu featuring Hiroshima specialties.

The menu features Hiroshima specialties such as smoked chicken from Hiroshima Prefecture, gansu, a fish paste product for which Hiroshima is famous, grilled oysters and fried oysters, and more. Other main courses include a variety of Hiroshima matured chicken and Hiroshima shelled chicken meat platter. Dessert is, of course, momiji manju. Please enjoy Hiroshima's delicacies to your heart's content with this course meal.

Hiroshima delicious course (hot pot) (2 hours all-you-can-drink, 9 dishes, 4,500 yen)
The main dish is a miso nabe with oysters, a Hiroshima specialty that uses oysters in abundance. The plump, milky, creamy oysters intertwine with the rich miso broth to create an exquisite dish. You can choose to finish with zosui (rice porridge) or udon noodles in the broth that has soaked up the flavor of the oysters.
